1. Acceptance of Terms & Customer Accounts
By creating an account or placing an order through VØRK, you agree to provide authentic contact details (Nepali phone number or verified Google account) to facilitate order fulfillment and real-time delivery tracking.
2. 1-Hour Rush & Standard Delivery
- 1-Hour Rush Delivery: Available for eligible zones across Letang, Pathari Shanishchare, Urlabari, Kanepokhari, Madhumalla, and Morang district during operating hours (7:00 AM – 9:00 PM NPT).
- Standard Courier: All-Nepal delivery across all 7 provinces delivered via reliable logistics partners within 2-4 business days.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD): You agree to pay the exact invoiced NPR amount to the delivery rider upon package inspection.
- Digital Wallets: We accept Fonepay QR, eSewa, and Khalti with instant digital verification.
4. Custom Apparel & Print Orders
Custom-printed apparel, PVC ID cards, flex banners, and engraved products are manufactured specifically to your custom specifications. Please ensure accurate spelling and resolution before confirming custom orders.
